VMS Exchange File Size Error Message

When a VMS Exchange file is manually uploaded and is greater than or equal to the max file size, the following error message is now displayed: “File exceeds the maximum upload size. Please reduce the file size and try again.” Previously, there was not an error message for this scenario, causing confusion when large files failed to upload.
